This intimate portrait of two women before their big day gives viewers a look into some floral arrangement options available when you combine faux, fresh and dried flowers.

Jasmine and Rita from Enchanted Atelier have created a rustic yet airy feel using a palette of earthy and pastel colors showcased across their wedding table decor, the soft pink wedding cake and within their varying flower arrangements.

This floral styled shoot took place in an old character home, which is almost 100 years old and still features the original wood floor and bay windows. These original features were the inspiration behind this shoot’s rustic vintage feel and the composition of shots photographed by Dominic Captures. This home is also the location of The Dressy Attic bridal shop which offers brides-to-be consignment wedding dresses.

The Dressy Attic, located in British Columbia offers brides-to-be the chance to wear a pre-loved wedding dress on their big day and carries many different designers and brands. It’s a fantastic concept that helps reduce waste and gives life back to dresses that are just sitting in someone’s closet. With so many couples being concerned about the financial and environmental impacts of a wedding, this is another way to do your part in reducing these, while still wearing a stunning dress as you’ve always dreamed.

The rustic theme of this shoot showcases a whole host of floral arrangements, with dry pampas and palm leaves. If you are looking for environmentally friendly ideas for your wedding flower arrangements, you’ll love browsing through the gallery for inspiration.

We Love: The mix of dried bleached ruscus with real purple anesia roses. Each of the floral arrangements offers the perfect blend of real, faux and dried flowers, which makes it hard to delineate between what’s real and faux!

These floral arrangements use Enchanted Atelier’s Fauxever floral range. These flowers are available for rent, and help you re-use and recycle on your wedding day.

A collection of dried flowers were used among these stunning arrangements, including pampas, bunny’s tail, gypsophila and scabiosa pods. The team also added five varieties of fresh flowers to add to the colour scheme, including anesia rose and salmon disbud.

Rustic and bohemian wedding trends were the most requested styles in 2020 for the Enchanted Atelier team and with these beautiful floral arrangements, it’s easy to see why!

Tiffany’s Pro Makeup Group gave models Kaylee and Ruilin a flawless look with natural yet elegant hair and makeup that suits the wedding styling perfectly.

Leven’s pastel macarons add a sweet finishing touch to the shoot and are a fun treat that would look great as part of a dessert table at your wedding. The pretty pastel colors work in perfect contrast with the rustic backdrop, which makes this a versatile palette suitable for many wedding venues.

A big thank you to Enchanted Atelier and the creative team for inspiring us all to re-use and recycle where possible for future weddings!

We're BIG on community over competition and are empowering other businesses by sharing their wedding work. If you're interested in getting your wedding work FEATURED, head to our submissions page. We'd also love to say hi to you over on Instagram & Pinterest.
