This was a classic hotel wedding in the city where they were married in the courtyard of the hotel at sunset and their reception was held in the hotel's ballroom. The bride Deanna wore the bracelet that was worn by her grandmother and mother on their wedding days. During the ceremony, the bride and groom put items in a time capsule that they would open on their 5th wedding anniversary. They also held coins and were wrapped in a cord and veil as part of the bride's Asian heritage during the ceremony. The reception was a very fun celebration with an amusing bouquet and garter toss with the wedding party. They ended with a grand exit where their guests waved ribbons at their farewell.
