I am a professional wedding photographer based in Sydney, Australia. I love nothing more than a wedding day and documenting a couple's love story. I shoot in a photojournalist style with an emphasis on creating gorgeous images and finding beautiful light. MY STYLE & APPROACH I am quite relaxed when it comes to shooting weddings, I will not tell you what to do, pose you or interfere with the natural flow of the day. I want you to relax and enjoy the big day with your family and friends. I document a wedding day as it unfolds in front of me, I don’t force moments. I will be there, blending in with your guests, quietly capturing all that happens around me. While the majority of my time at your wedding will be spent quietly documenting the events around me, I am also a big believer in the importance of creating beautiful portraits. You will have some time, usually between the ceremony and the reception, for the portrait shoot and it’s a time for you to relax and have a bit of fun with your bridal party. I approach this part of the day by gently directing you (no awkward posing!). As for the final images I give you, they will all have been carefully selected and personally edited by me. I love the visual arts and I bring a creative eye to my work. I take a lot of care in creating the images I give to you. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM ME BEFORE AND AFTER YOUR WEDDING DAY My past life as a lawyer makes me the sort of photographer who is super organised, who will plan your wedding coverage to the very last detail and who will quickly respond to all your questions. When possible, I will visit your wedding venue before your big day to suss out the location and pick the best spots for photos. I will check the weather forecast before your wedding day and I will have a back-up plan in case of rain. After your wedding day I will still be available to you. I want my couples to enjoy their wedding day knowing that I have done my best to make the day run as smoothly as possible.
