A good wedding cinematographer will work with you to help you create a meaningful film that truly captures the essence of your special day. A good cinematographer will approach the filming as an editor first and foremost. They will be shooting with an eye toward what shots would look good assembled into a finished "scene" or video rather than as individual shots or clips that can be used as part of a montage or other editing process. Every shot should be chosen based on how it would look when put together in a scene and edited together to tell part of your story. The best shots are those that tell the story without words those shots should be chosen because they convey something about who you are, not just because they would look nice as a still image or clip on its own. My aim as a wedding videographer is to think about what makes for a good scene and how best to shoot each moment so that it works well within one of those scenes.
